Workshop space available to rent – mornings, afternoons and evenings

A renovated house in a former colliery about 7 miles south of Durham city.

Suitable for arts and crafts, health and well-being, any type of workshop or course!

Also suitable for any type of meeting, private clients, etc.

The ground floor has two large rooms available. There is a door between the two rooms so that separate workshops can be held or both rooms can be used for one large workshop. 

Large tables to seat 4 people – separate or together, can fit in each room making space for about 8 people per room.

Tea/Coffee, cold drinks, cakes and biscuits are available.

There is also a menu for other food available, like Continental breakfast/Elevenses or Afternoon tea. Lunchtime meals can also be provided for all-day workshops.

Bathroom facilities on the first floor.

* Please note that the venue has PPL insurance, but all people running workshops must also have their own PPL insurance too.

Extra: If you are based a different area and would like to run workshops for your followers in the Durham and surrounding areas, we can also offer overnight accommodation in the house for you.

Space Rental: £15.00 an hour per room

Maximum 8 people per room
